CJP has provided Firebox with a very professional and timely service. CJP identified and assisted in the correction of a serious data corruption in Sage 50 and was able to minimize the impact to the accounting function whilst the data was repaired. He showed a great understanding not just of Sage but of the impact of running the accounting package over a network and made several changes to our existing set up which have measurably improved the speed of the system. CJP presented us with a series of available options to assist with the correction and managed the whole process; because CJP is a Sage partner CJP was able to get us a great value cover package which provided a data fix for free, and an upgrade to 2012. We were so impressed with his knowledge of Sage that we asked CJP to return in 2 different capacities; 1 to provide us with support from an accounting perspective in identifying the corrupt transactions and rebuilding our accounting data, and 2 to provide training to our accounts team on new functionality that will make our lives a lot easier. I am very pleased with all the work that CJP did for us, we are a small team and all new to Sage. He was available to provide support at every stage of the issues we faced, and gave us excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to call CJP again should the need arise.

In November 2010 we employed the services of CJP, to set up SAGE 50 accounts and SAGE payroll for us. Chris took the time to understand our old accounting system and tailored the installation and training around this.
